Reiki in Bangalore: Healing Sessions, Courses and What They Cost
A plain guide to Reiki in Bangalore. What a session is like, how to pick a Reiki healer or teacher, online versus in-person, and what you will pay at Shree Sai Reiki Bengaluru.

Reiki is a complementary practice. It supports relaxation and well-being and may help you feel better, but it does not diagnose, treat or cure any illness. Please keep following your doctor’s advice and medicines.
Why so many people in Bangalore are trying Reiki
Bangalore runs on long workdays, long commutes and screens. Many people who come to us describe the same things: a mind that will not switch off at night, a stiff neck and back, low energy by mid-week, and a feeling of being stretched thin. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) healing method from Japan that helps the body settle into deep rest, which is where it repairs itself best.
Reiki is not a replacement for a doctor. It works alongside medical care, and it is safe for all ages.
What happens in a Reiki session
A Reiki healing session at our Bengaluru branch takes about 60 minutes:
- A short talk about what is troubling you: sleep, stress, pain, relationships, work.
- You lie down fully clothed. The healer places their hands lightly on or just above the main energy centres (chakras).
- Most people feel warmth, tingling or heaviness, and many fall asleep.
- At the end you get simple advice to continue at home.
You can also book the same session online, as distance healing on a Zoom call. Many busy professionals in Whitefield, Electronic City, HSR Layout and Hebbal prefer this because there is no traffic involved.
Reiki healing price in Bangalore
At Shree Sai Reiki Bengaluru the prices are fixed and shown on the website before you book. A one-to-one Reiki healing session is ₹749, crystal healing therapy is ₹899, and a short exam session for students is ₹299. The first 15-minute discovery call is free. You can see every session on the healing page and book a slot on the booking page.
How to choose a Reiki healer or teacher in Bangalore
Reiki is not regulated in India, so it is worth asking a few questions before you book:
- Who is the teacher, and what is their lineage? Traditional Usui Reiki is passed from master to student. Our Bengaluru branch is led by Reiki Grand Master Dr. Varun Patel with founder Dr. Chirag Gajjar, a Grand Master in the 11th generation of the Usui lineage.
- How long have they practised? Our centre has been healing and teaching since 2014 in Surat, with more than 25 years of Reiki practice behind it.
- Are prices clear? Avoid anyone who pushes expensive packages before you have had a single session.
- Do they respect medical care? A good healer will never ask you to stop your medicine.
