Returns, cancellations and refunds

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives broken or is not what you ordered, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or give a full refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel a ready-crystal order before dispatch for a full refund. Personal bracelets cannot be cancelled once we have started making them.

Session bookings

You can reschedule a paid session once, free, if you tell us at least 12 hours before. For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session, we refund the full amount.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
