What is a Vastu visit?

Vastu Shastra is the traditional Indian science of space and directions. It looks at how a place is laid out (the main door, kitchen, bedrooms, puja room, water and heavy furniture) and how each part sits in relation to the eight directions.

In a Vastu visit, our Vastu expert comes to your place in Surat, walks through it with you, checks the directions with a compass and explains what is in balance and what needs attention. You also get simple remedies with crystals, yantras and Reiki that do not need any breaking or rebuilding.

3. Room-by-room walk. Main door, kitchen, bedrooms, puja room, toilets, staircase, water tank and cash locker.
4. Energy check. Our healers also feel the energy of the place and note heavy or blocked areas.
5. Remedies. Practical changes in placement and colours, plus crystal, yantra and Reiki remedies where needed.

You can ask questions throughout. Most visits take about two hours, depending on the size of the place.

Remedies without demolition

Many people worry that Vastu means breaking walls. In most cases it does not. Common remedies are:

• Moving the bed, desk, cash locker or mirror to a better direction
• Changing colours, lights or the use of a room
• Placing crystals such as clear quartz, black tourmaline or a crystal tree in specific zones
• Vastu yantras, salt cleansing and Reiki to clear heavy energy
